Abstract

The Mystery Room is an educational escape room based on information literacy and applied to multiple audiences, including first-year students and library student employees. Genetic Polymorphism of Angiotensin II Type 1 Receptors and Their Effect on the Clinical Outcome of Captopril Treatment in Arab Iraqi Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome (Mid Euphrates)

Genetic variation in the angiotensin II type 1 receptor (AT1R) has an important effect on the outcome of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) initiated treatment with captopril. This study aims to investigate the impact of genetic polymorphism of AT1R (rs5186 and rs275651) on the ACS outcome in Iraqi patients treated with captopril. A total of 250 Iraqi individuals with ACS were included in this case—control study and they were divided into two study groups; Study group 1 included 125 participants who were prescribed captopril, 25 mg twice daily and study group 2 included 125 participants who received no captopril as part of their ACS treatment (control study). The AT1R gene (rs5186) CC genotype was found to be associated with ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) (Odd’s ratio (O.R) = 1.2, P = 0.7), while AC was associated with Non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) and unstable angina (UA) (O.R = 1.2, P = 0.8). AC genotype is more prone to have Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) after ACS attack (O.R = 1.2, P = 0.6). CC genotype had a risk to get less improvement (O.R = 1.6, P = 0.5), so might require higher doses of captopril during acute coronary insult. The AT1R gene (rs275651) AA genotype was associated with UA (O.R = 1.3, P = 0.9). AA and AT genotypes were more prone to have PCI after ACS attack (O.R = 3.9 P = 0.2, O.R = 3.5, P = 0.3 respectively) and thus requiring higher doses of captopril. We conclude that the AT1R rs5186, rs275651 genetic polymorphisms might partially affect the clinical outcome of ACS patients treated with captopril and might have captopril resistance which requires higher doses.  相似文献   

时间使用流行病学在身体活动研究领域的应用

身体活动与健康促进是公共卫生及运动科学领域研究的重点方向之一。个体一日24 h由睡眠、久坐及各种强度的身体活动组成,已有研究多从单一维度探讨这些行为对健康的影响,忽视了身体活动、久坐、睡眠等行为之间的内在联系及对健康结果的综合影响,可能使相应行为与健康效应间的关联产生偏差。时间使用流行病学研究方法的引入克服了这一不足。以“时间分配”作为切入点,综述国际学术界关于身体活动、久坐和睡眠行为对健康影响的研究现状,并系统阐述了等时替代研究方法、活动-平衡模型、时间使用流行病学的发展及其研究框架。基于此,展望了时间使用流行病学相关理论在身体活动研究领域的应用前景:1、开发新式测量工具并完善数据收集和分析方法;2、建立有关时间使用模式的综合评价体系;3、制订我国大众人群的活动-平衡时间分配推荐指南方案。  相似文献

“体教结合”是解决当前我国竞技体育发展问题的重要途径和举措。传统的体育后备人才培养模式只重视专项体育技能的发展而忽视了文化教育的重要性，不利于个体的全面发展。“体教结合”更重视人的全面发展，体育与教育的融合，使得竞技体育人才逐渐从运动员这一单一角色向“学生-运动员”双重角色转变。研究以角色认同为切入口，探讨上海“体教结合”举措下，角色的转变对体育竞技后备人才的影响。选取上海体育学院中国乒乓球学院少年班学员作为“学生-运动员”样本，选取国家乒乓球青年队及部分省市队队员作为职业运动员样本，使用结构化心理测量工具，对比两类受访者在运动与学业上的角色认同、心理倦怠与动机变量的差异。得出：在上海“体教结合”举措下，竞技体育后备人才认同“学生-运动员”双重角色，他们在学业任务中的卷入程度更高；双重角色使运动员在运动任务与学业任务上的主观价值感存在差异，表现出双重角色之间的冲突，但对个体的整体人生规划并不冲突；双重角色之间的转化，对于“学生-运动员”的心理健康存在促进效应。  相似文献   

知识找回场景下推荐系统模拟实现及评价研究

[目的/意义]信息过载一直是知识工作者在搜集、处理和创造知识的过程中所面临的主要困境。这种困境导致的结果之一是很难回忆起曾经使用过的文档的内容细节及具体位置，而推荐系统则能减少这样的困难。通过研究对比不同推荐系统在这一任务下的优缺点，可以帮助知识工作者更好地完成回忆任务。[方法/过程]基于相关理论，在同一场景（知识找回）模拟实现并测试了4种不同类型的推荐过程，包括基于内容的推荐CBR、基于协同过滤的推荐CFR、基于推理网络的推荐INR与融入了情境感知的推荐CAS，根据所确定的若干指标（精确性、情境相关性、预测性、多样性）对推荐效果进行比较。[结果/结论]结果显示，以上推荐系统在帮助用户回忆并找回文档过程中都有各自的优势，而基于情境感知的推荐系统在情境相关性与预测用户行为方面具有较好的效果。  相似文献   

Bayesian reasoning in avalanche terrain: a theoretical investigation

In this article, I explore a Bayesian approach to avalanche decision-making. I motivate this perspective by highlighting a version of the base-rate fallacy and show that a similar pattern applies to decision-making in avalanche-terrain. I then draw out three theoretical lessons from adopting a Bayesian approach and discuss these lessons critically. Lastly, I highlight a number of challenges for avalanche educators when incorporating the Bayesian perspective in their curriculum.  相似文献

[目的/意义]老年教师的使用意愿不高严重影响了高校图书馆微信公众平台的发展与进步，因此需要研究高校图书馆微信公众平台的老年教师使用意愿影响因素。[方法/过程]对科技接受模型进行改进与扩展，基于结构方程，引入性别、年龄与经验等调节因素，搭建老年教师高校图书馆微信公众平台使用意愿模型，并基于四川高校的调研数据对模型与假设进行检验与分析。[结果/结论]研究结果表明：从整体来看，该模型对老年教师高校图书馆微信公众号使用意愿的总体解释效果良好；从各个影响因素来看：实用性感知以及群体影响对老年教师高校图书馆微信公众号使用意愿具有显著的正面影响，而生理机能显著反向影响其使用意愿。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This article focuses on the deconstruction of an inter-university action research project that has allowed us to rethink our teaching and research, questioning the social, political and ethical dimensions of the university. Following the pre-assembly proposal to promote participatory convergence, organized within the framework of the 1^st Global Assembly for Knowledge Democracy (2017), an action research process was implemented in order to generate systematic inquiry around the current situation of the university and the need to act and rethink our commitment to promoting changes in this context. We have reflected on the meaning of democratization, rethinking the pedagogical relationship with our students and how we critically commit them to promote activism. We generated an environment where we look for the meaning of our practices by means of a visual narrative which has enabled us to weave and identify our own biography and become aware of where we are and why we act in one way or another. We have also focused on the search for the meaning of our actions in relation to the community we belong to and how to deal with the challenges of social justice, encouraging collaboration with other networks in a wider inter-university framework.  相似文献

职业裁判制度是足球职业化发展到一定阶段的必然产物，其引入将有力提升我国裁判执法水平，助推我国足球事业发展。认为，职业裁判是职业联赛健康发展的关键力量，是足球运动技术发展的客观要求，是提升足球裁判整体水平、统一集中管理的需要。目前，我国的足球裁判存在基数小、水平低、待遇低、环境差等问题。只引入足球职业裁判制度而无配套措施，可能无法解决根本矛盾；目前的国内联赛规模也还无法满足职业裁判发展需求，职业转换难度大及退休保障不足，也阻碍着我国职业足球裁判制度的实施。指出，应加快足球联赛发展，与职业裁判发展互促互进；健全体育裁判法律法规，改革职业裁判组织管理方式；建立健全职业裁判员的薪酬和退休保障体系；注重青少年裁判培养，全面提升在职裁判员业务水平。多管齐下，使足球职业裁判制度发挥更好的效果。  相似文献
